Unfiled returns: CAC begins moves to deregister 100,000 companies

The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, has begun moves to onslaught disconnected 100,000 companies from its registry implicit unfiled returns.

In a nationalist announcement signed by its absorption on Wednesday, the CAC said the firms failed to record outstanding yearly returns and different statutory documents.

According to the nationalist notice, the workout is pursuant to sections 692 (3) and (4) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, CAMA, 2020.
