The Supreme Court of Nigeria has asked each ineligible practitioners with matters scheduled for proceeding betwixt September and December 2026 to upload each applicable tribunal processes done the Nigerian Case Management System, NCMS.

This, according to the Chief Registrar of the Court, Kabir Eniola Akanbi, is successful compliance with Rule 10(1) of the Supreme Court Practice Direction, 2026.

A connection issued by Akanbi on Tuesday in Abuja outlined the steps to beryllium taken by lawyers to entree the database of appeals and motions fixed for hearing.
