Men of the Oyo State Police bid person arrested 1 suspected transgression and recovered a locally made pistol and different amerciable items.
The bid disclosed this successful a connection signed by its Public Relations Officer, Olayinka Ayanlade.
The connection was made disposable to DAILY POST connected Monday.
Ayanlade explained that the fishy was arrested connected 11th July by officers astatine Bodija country of Ibadan and is presently successful constabulary custody.
He said that the constabulary recovered 1 locally fabricated pistol and 1 unrecorded cartridge from the suspected criminal.
Other items recovered are sachets of substances suspected to beryllium tramadol, and a passport photograph believed to beryllium to 1 of the fleeing suspects.
He added that efforts are ongoing to apprehension the fleeing suspects.
Ayanlade said, “During the search, 1 of the suspects threw a tiny container into a adjacent drainage, portion 2 others fled the country with the motorcycle. The 3rd suspect, Hammed Lateef, was arrested.
“A hunt of the discarded container led to the betterment of 1 locally fabricated pistol, 1 unrecorded cartridge, sachets of substances suspected to beryllium Tramadol, and a passport photograph believed to beryllium to 1 of the fleeing suspects”.
