NSCDC arrests 10 secondary school graduates over alleged banned “signed out” celebration in Adamawa

The Adamawa State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested 10 secondary schoolhouse graduates implicit alleged final-year celebrations tagged “signed out.”

The command, successful a connection by its Public Relations Officer, DSC Nyako Amidu Baba, accused the students of nationalist nuisance and different misconducts associated with their final-year celebrations.
