Jigawa police arrest suspected thieves, recover tricycle, motorcycles, phones

The Jigawa State Police Command says it has arrested respective suspects successful transportation with theft, shopbreaking and possession of suspected stolen spot crossed the state.

The bid said the arrests were made during a bid of intelligence-led operations carried retired by its operatives successful antithetic parts of the state, starring to the betterment of a tricycle, 2 motorcycles and 11 Android mobile phones.

According to a connection issued by the Jigawa State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Lawal Shi’isu, on Friday, operatives attached to the Maigatari and Malam Madori Divisions arrested 3 suspects allegedly recovered successful possession of stolen Royal and Boxer motorcycles.

The suspects were identified arsenic 30-year-old Abubakar Ya’u and 28-year-old Aminu Ya’u, some from Dantanoma Quarters successful Gumel Local Government Area, and 25-year-old Abdullahi Bala from Garbagar Village successful Guri LGA.

The bid said Nuhu confessed during interrogation to stealing the tricycle.
