FG steps up efforts to curb illicit arms proliferation in Nigeria

The National Centre for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (NCCSALW), operating nether the Office of the National Security Adviser, has stepped up efforts to curb the dispersed of illicit arms crossed Nigeria done enhanced collaboration with cardinal stakeholders.

As portion of the initiative, the Director-General of the Centre, Johnson Kokumo, undertook a three-day moving sojourn to Maiduguri, Borno State, aimed astatine strengthening partnerships and advancing measures to combat the proliferation of tiny arms and airy weapons successful the North-East.
