The suit, which is earlier Justice Salim Ibrahim, seeks an bid of the tribunal compelling INEC to recognise the Kabiru Turaki-led interim National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP connected its authoritative website.
The BoT and the PDP filed the caller suit.
