A Federal High Court sitting successful Lagos has adjourned the alleged N460.75 cardinal fraud lawsuit involving Austin Albert, Managing Director of Loft & Keys Ltd and Loft & Keys LLC, Dubai, until October 5, 2026.
The lawsuit was postponed aft Albert’s counsel informed the tribunal that his lawsuit was undergoing large country successful Dubai and was incapable to be proceedings.
Austin Albert is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Loft & Keys Ltd and Loft & Keys LLC, Dubai, presently facing allegations of forgery, wealth laundering and an alleged N460.75 cardinal fraud earlier a Federal High Court Lagos.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is prosecuting Albert and others implicit allegations bordering connected fraud and obtaining wealth nether mendacious pretences.
Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke granted the adjournment and fixed October 5 for the defendants’ arraignment. The tribunal was told that Albert’s lack was owed to aesculapian reasons, with supporting documents presented by the defence.
The substance was subsequently adjourned to let the suspect look earlier the tribunal connected the adjacent scheduled date.
