Alleged defamation: Governor Otti slams N5bn suit on Abia APC Publicity Secretary, Aguoru

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti has filed a 5 cardinal naira defamation suit against the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress, APC, successful Abia State, Mr. Uche Aguoru implicit alleged defamation.

The substance was filed earlier the High Court of Abia State, Umuahia Judicial Division, successful suit No.HU/ 126/ 2026 with Governor Otti Otti arsenic the claimant, portion Uche Aguoru is the defendant.

The suit arose from publications allegedly made by the suspect against the Governor connected societal media.
