All On @10 Hackathon challenges Nigerian students to solve country’s energy crisis

Students from 3 Lagos universities went head-to-head past week to plan the adjacent procreation of cleanable vigor solutions, arsenic All On Partnerships for Energy Access marked 10 years of operations with a hackathon that enactment young innovators astatine the centre of Nigeria’s vigor conversation.

Participants from the University of Lagos, Lagos State University, and Yaba College of Technology were organised into six multidisciplinary teams and tasked with processing solutions to real-world vigor challenges crossed healthcare, agriculture, fisheries, cold-chain logistics, and education. Each squad had 1 time to refine their conception earlier presenting it to a sheet of renewable vigor and innovation experts.

The winning team, “Current Creators,” emerged with ColdLink, a integer level built to amended the ratio of renewable-powered cold-chain logistics. The solution integrates real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, fleet management, and vigor show tracking to trim post-harvest losses and amended the semipermanent viability of cleanable vigor infrastructure.
