2027: NDC candidate accuses Delta Govt, APC of sponsoring attack on supporters in Effurun

The Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, House of Representatives campaigner for Ughelli/Udu Federal Constituency, Dr. Obiuwevbi Ominimini, has accused Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, of sponsoring thugs who allegedly attacked members of the enactment during a run rally successful Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area.

The incidental reportedly occurred during a run procession tagged the ‘1,000,000-Man March for NDC Candidates, 5-over-5’.

Speaking aft the attack, Ominimini alleged that equipped thugs disrupted the peaceful march and assaulted enactment supporters.

According to him, the onslaught was a deliberate effort to intimidate NDC members and discourage enactment for the enactment up of the elections.

“We clasp Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the APC liable for mobilising thugs to onslaught our members during the peaceful 1,000,000-Man March successful Effurun,” Ominimini said.
