President Bola Tinubu has removed the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Kayode Egbetokun.

Egbetokun has been replaced by Tunji Disu, an Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG.

His removal is said to person followed Tinubu’s directive for him to resign.
