Nigerian Govt approves N48 billion to 12 selected universities

The Federal Government has approved N48b to 12 selected universities for engineering upgrades.

Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, made this disclosure connected Monday astatine the inauguration of the Implementation Committee connected Tertiary Education Trust Fund Special High-Impact Intervention Projects successful Abuja.

Alausa said the funds would either upgrade existing facilities oregon enactment the operation of caller engineering workshops wherever indispensable portion adding that an further N20 cardinal has been provided successful the 2026 TETFund guidelines to upgrade engineering facilities successful different selected universities.
