A legislative lawyer, Dr. Tonye Clinton Jaja, has petitioned the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, implicit alleged selective usage of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee, LPDC, by the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA.
