Ex-INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu presents letters of credence to Qatar

Nigeria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Qatar, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has formally presented his Letters of Credence to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani,
