A Federal High Court successful Kano State has ordered the remand of 2 Katsina State residents, Sani Mamman and Abubakar Umar, implicit allegations of aiding bandit activities.
The defendants were arraigned connected charges bordering connected alleged enactment for bandits successful usurpation of provisions of the Terrorism Prevention Act.
