Court orders arrest of factional PDP chair, Turaki

A Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court has ordered the apprehension of factional nationalist president of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kabiru Turaki.

Justice U.P. Kekemeke issued the bid pursuing Turaki’s nonaccomplishment to look earlier the tribunal successful a lawsuit filed by the Inspector-General of Police, IGP.

The justice held that Turaki has nary justification for failing to look earlier the court.

The IGP had filed a one-count complaint against Turaki for allegedly providing mendacious accusation to the constabulary successful a petition dated October 2022.
