Court orders ADC welfare secretary to pay N100m damages to two judges

The Federal High Court successful Abuja has ordered the National Welfare Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Nkemakolam Ukandu, to wage a full of N100 cardinal successful damages to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, and Justice Peter Lifu implicit a suit the tribunal struck retired for deficiency of diligent prosecution.
