Building collapse: Experts apportion blames as Nigerians count losses in Lagos, Rivers

“Nine fatalities recovered, including 4 adults confirmed dormant earlier responders’ arrival, and 5 further victims, including a two-year-old babe girl.

“All deceased were respectfully bagged and handed implicit to the State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit, SEHMU, for recognition and onward merchandise to families,” it added.
