“Victims received contiguous pre-hospital attraction from LASAMBUS and were transferred to adjacent hospitals for further treatment,” the connection from LASEMA Head of Public Affairs, Afolabi Olawale, read.

“Nine fatalities recovered, including 4 adults confirmed dormant earlier responders’ arrival, and 5 further victims, including a two-year-old babe girl.

“All deceased were respectfully bagged and handed implicit to the State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit, SEHMU, for recognition and onward merchandise to families,” it added.
