Borno court jails man two years for N22m fraud

A tribunal successful Maiduguri has sentenced a man, Shehu Saleh, to 2 years successful situation for fraud involving N22 million.

Justice Aisha Kumaliya of the Borno State High Court recovered Saleh blameworthy aft helium was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for misappropriating funds belonging to different person.

Saleh admitted guilt erstwhile the complaint was work successful court. Following this, the prosecution counsel, Mukhtar Ali Ahmed, urged the tribunal to convict and condemnation him.
