Alleged misconduct: LPDC refuses to dismiss petition against SAN, two others

The Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee, LPDC, has turned down a petition to disregard a petition against Ikechukwu Ezechukwu, SAN, and 2 different lawyers, Barrister Smart Ukpanah and Barrister Hope Onyekwere.

During the sitting of the sheet of the committee, chaired by Mr Kalu Umeh, SAN, counsel to Ezechukwu, Barrister D. O. Okolo, prayed the tribunal to disregard the petition connected the crushed that the petitioner, Kingsley Aneubuna, had decided to retreat it.
